Our Concrete Process

What to expect from first call to finished pour. No surprises, no guesswork.

01

You Reach Out

Call, email, or fill out the form on our website. Tell us what you need — driveway, patio, sidewalk, house pad — and the approximate area. We'll confirm the project is within our scope (300+ sq ft, within 65 miles of Telford) and schedule an on-site visit.

02

On-Site Estimate

We come to your property. We look at the lot grade, soil conditions, drainage, access, and existing surfaces. We discuss finish options (broom or slick) and any specific requirements. Then we give you one all-in price — permits, materials, labor, finishing, and cleanup included.

03

Schedule the Pour

If the price works, we schedule your pour date. We'll coordinate concrete delivery and plan for weather. If rain delays the pour, you get a revised timeline within 24 hours and priority rescheduling.

04

Site Preparation

We grade the area, install base material, compact the subgrade, and set forms. If there's existing concrete to remove, that happens first. The site is prepped so the pour goes smoothly.

05

The Pour

Concrete is delivered and poured into the forms. We screed, bull float, and finish the surface with your chosen texture. Control joints are cut to manage expansion. The pour day is hands-on — Ethan Silvers oversees every project.

06

Finishing & Cleanup

Forms are stripped, edges are finished, and your property is cleaned up. We leave the site cleaner than we found it. We walk you through curing time and care — when you can walk on it, when you can drive on it.

Weather Impacts Timing

Rain and cold weather affect concrete curing. If conditions shift, we'll discuss revised timing with you. Clear communication about what's feasible and when is important to us.
