Concrete Services Pricing
What goes into a concrete price and how we quote your project.
How We Price Concrete Work
Every site is unique. Lot grade, soil, access, and existing conditions all affect what a project costs. We evaluate your property in person and give you a complete quote upfront.
Our quote covers permits, materials, labor, finishing, and cleanup. We're transparent about the scope and the price before any work begins.
What's Included in Every Quote
- Permits (where required)
- All materials — concrete, rebar/mesh, base material, forms
- Labor — grading, forming, pouring, finishing
- Your choice of broom or slick finish
- Control and expansion joints
- Form removal and site cleanup
- Finishing and curing care instructions
What Affects Your Price
Site Grade & Drainage
Sloped lots and poor drainage require more prep work. We evaluate how water will flow after the pour is complete.
Soil Conditions
Clay-heavy soil common in Northeast Tennessee affects base prep and thickness.
Size of Project
Larger projects typically have a lower per-square-foot cost because setup is spread over more area.
Existing Surface
Removing old concrete or asphalt, or working with tree roots, adds to the scope.
Access & Truck Routes
Whether concrete trucks can reach your site directly affects the pour logistics and cost.
Finish & Details
We offer broom finish and slick finish. Both are included in standard pricing.
Why We Don't Post Prices Online
A per-square-foot range doesn't help you budget. Your lot's grade, soil, access, and scope all change the number. We'd rather come out, look at your site, and give you a real price you can count on — free, no obligation.
